1. Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)
Key inspections include verifying the authenticity of components, the activity of solder paste, and the warpage of PCB boards.
X-Ray is used for inspecting BGA packages, and AOI equipment is employed for automatic comparison of material codes.

3. Test Verification (FCT/ICT)

Aging test: Continuous operation in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment for 48 hours

⚠️ Special control for high-risk items

ESD protection: The grounding resistance of the workbench is less than 4Ω, and employees wear anti-static wrist straps (daily inspection)

BGA welding: Use X-Ray to detect the void rate (requirement: <15%)Program burning: Double-check the version number of the burning file by two people (error prevention system)

Certification and continuous improvement
Obtained ISO9001 + ISO13485 dual system certifications (essential for medical PCBA)
Use “Factory Inspection Tools” to collect production line data:
→ Automatically generate CPK process capability index report.
→ Scan to trace the supplier of each batch of materials.

Monthly customer complaint rate is included in KPI assessment.
